How are orders made?

Every canvas and poster is printed when you order it. Our print partner, Fourthwall, prints it, packs it, ships it and takes care of checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Printing takes a few business days, then shipping time depends on where you are. You’ll see the shipping options and costs at checkout, and you’ll get tracking by email when your order ships.

Can I return something?

Because each piece is made for you, we can’t take returns if you change your mind or pick the wrong size, so please check the size before you order.

What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?

We’ll replace it. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, or never arrives, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you. Lost packages can be reported after two weeks with no tracking updates in the US, or three weeks elsewhere.

Which size should I choose?

The canvas comes in 8 × 10, 12 × 16, 16 × 20, 18 × 24 and 24 × 36 inches, and the poster in 12 × 16, 18 × 24 and 24 × 36 inches. The 18 × 24 is a good fit above a desk or a dresser; the 24 × 36 can carry a wall above a couch or a fireplace on its own.

Is the tree real?

Yes. The rings come from a 115-year-old Adirondack black spruce whose stump was inked and pressed onto paper in 1894. Read the story of the tree.
